  • What time is Check-in or Check-out?

    Check-in is at 3.00 pm and check-out is by 10.00 am. In agreement with the SWEET APT staff you can request an early CHECK IN or a late CHECK OUT free of charge if available.

  • How far is the PORTA SUSA train station from the apartments?

    The PORTA SUSA train station is about 5 minutes walk from PIAZZA STATUTO where all the apartments are located.

  • Do you have a partner parking?

    Yes, we have a 3-minute walk from the apartments with a private and guarded parking for €15 per day. For all the information after booking, ask the STAFF

  • Do you accept pets?

    We are PET FRIENDLY but a written request must be made depending on the apartment chosen

  • Are your apartments suitable for families?

    Yes, all apartments are suitable for families. We have apartments for 3 to 6 people with the SWEET AUGUSTA
