General Rules Apartments

1. Guest Registration

• All guests are required to provide the following mandatory documents for registration at the Police Headquarters:
• Identity card or passport (for EU citizens)
• Passport visa (if required) (for non-EU citizens)
• Tax code (if available)
• It is forbidden to host people not declared at the time of booking. Any additional guests must be communicated and approved prior to check-in.

2. Check-in e Check-out

• Standard check-in: from 3:00 pm onwards.
• Standard check-out: by 10:00.
• Early check-in: upon request and subject to availability (surcharge may apply).
• Late check-out: on request and subject to availability (surcharge may apply).

3. Access to the Accommodation

• Access is permitted only to registered guests.
• It is forbidden to give keys or access to unauthorized persons.

4. Ban on Parties and Noisy Behavior

• It is absolutely forbidden to organize parties, events or noisy gatherings.
• Respect for night silence (from 10:00 pm to 8:00 am) is mandatory in order not to disturb the neighbors.

5. Cleaning and Respect for Spaces

• Guests are required to keep the apartment in good condition.
• Any damage or excessive dirt will be charged at check-out.

6. Smoking and Pets

• Smoking is prohibited inside the apartment.
• Pets allowed only with prior authorization.

7. Security

• Close doors and windows when you go out.
• Do not leave valuables unattended (the facility is not responsible for losses).

Failure to comply with the rules may result in immediate termination of the stay without refund.
